Blake Lively's Classy Casual

Everyone knows that Blake Lively is stylish and has been since day one. Even back in 2008 she knew how to piece together clothes to polish up a casual outfit. In this picture, she makes a simple dark wash jean and white cotton tank, classy by pairing it with some black pumps and a sophisticated white blazer. To add just a little more edge, she adds a black statement bracelet. For her hair, she created soft curls by using a big curling iron and curling the bottom sections of her hair slowly working her way slightly upwards as she goes towards the back of her head. Then, she made it a little bit more natural by coming her hands through her hair and loosening the curls a bit. To get her, very, minimal makeup you would sweep some neutral browns and nude shadows onto your lid. Then, you would put some simple black, liquid liner to get a clean liner and line your top lid, and the outer corner of your bottom. Then, you would highlight the inner corners of your eyes with some white or light shadow. Top it all off with a few coats of mascara and a cream highlighter for highlighting your cheekbones underneath your eyes. Brush some bronzy, slightly pink-ish blush onto your cheeks. If you want a soft, smooth look instead of a soft matte look, use a cream blush. Then, for your lips, you would pick a soft pink color that is close to your lip color. Next time you're going on a casual lunch date, or a simple dinner, try Blake Lively's simple, yet sophisticated look. :)

Nina Dobrev Emmy Awards 2010

Nina Dobrev looked flawless at the Emmy Awards 2010. She went with the glam look and definitely  pulled it off. She is wearing a shimmery pearl shadown on her lids, and a strawberry pink is blended from her out crease inwards. She also has a baby pink metallic looking shadow highlighting her inner corners of her eyes. She lined her eyes with black eyeliner and smudged it out a bit to give it a soft, very slight smokiness. She of course put some black mascara and highlighted her upper cheek bones with a cream highlighter. She has coral blush blended up towards her temples, and for her lips she used a lipstick/lipgloss that looks very similar to 'Forever Scarlet 40' by Revlon. For her dress, she wore a gorgeous cream, one-shoulder dress from Zuhair Murad's Fall 2010 couture collection. She kept the accessories simple with just stunning chandelier earrings. She then pulled the look together with a neat, yet effortless updo that showed off her gorgeous face.

Vanessa Hudgens Bohemian Look

Vanessa Hudgens looks gorgeous in this bohemian-y photo. This was taken way back in 2009. For her makeup, she has a neutral orange color on her lids blending upwards, and a little onto her lower lash line. Then, she adds some black mascara and eyeliner. She tops it off with a neutral lip gloss and some highlighter on her cheeks. She has nice beachy waves for her hair. You can get this texture by using texture spray or ocean spray in your hair.To get the waves, you can either braid it, or curl it and then sleep with it in a bun. For her clothes, she just paired a vintage, lace dress and some simple gold jewelry. Gold bangles, and necklaces pair really well with this look. Also, gold jewelry that has pops of color on parts of it, would really make this outfit look alive. As you can see, Vanessa Hudgens wore a small, bright orange and turquoise necklace. Overall, this look is really natural and relaxed. Great for summer but also, if paired with a cute jacket, it could be for fall too!

Selena Gomez at People's Choice Awards

Selena Gomez looks gorgeous in a pastel pink asymmetrical dress at the People's choice Awards 2011. For her makeup, she wore blue eyeshadow on her lids and her bottom lash line, a matte white eyeshadow in her inner corners, and a light, lilac color highlighting her brow bone. She also has black mascara and eyeliner. For her face, she probably used a light coat of cream foundation to make her skin smooth and she probably used a highlighter under her eyes to brighten up the look and give it that healthy glow. Then, to top it all off, she brushed a warm, pink blush from the apples of her cheeks up to her temples. For her hair, she has big, loose curls. She probably used a big curling iron and then loosened it out by running her fingers through her hair a few times. This look would be great for a date, or any fancy occasion.
